Customers' Question

In view of the Covid-19 situation in Malaysia, our company cares for the safety of our staff members as well as you, our customers. As a safety precaution, we would like to practice contactless delivery to keep a social distance between our delivery staff and your goodself.  Kindly be supportive of this by opting one of the below methods of receiving your goods:

  1. For customers who are located in multi-storey buildings such as condominium, apartments or office towers, it is preferable if you can come to the lobby to take delivery from our staff.   Our staff will attempt to keep a social distance of 1 metre from you, and will allow you to finish inspecting the goods before leaving.
  2. For doorstep delivery, kindly prepare racks, table or boxes to be placed outside of the door for our delivery staff to drop in the goods. After that, they will stand away while you may inspect them before they leave.

We appreciate your understanding in critcal times as such while we attempt to continue providing fresh food for your family in support of the Movement Control Order. 

There are several ways to pay:

1. You can pay online via our trusted, secured payment gateway (e.g. Paypal, iPay88).

2. If you have DuitNow, you can do an instant payment to:

Once your order has been paid, we shall pass it to the packing team to arrange for packing & delivery.

During packing on day of delivery, we do not cut the vege or fruits, For example. you might have ordered 2kg pumpkin but when we pick the pumpkin, it could be 2.5kg a piece. As we do not cut it, we shall give you the whole piece and adjust into your invoice. The difference in weight later will mean difference in total amount of the invoice you have paid versus the final invoice adjusted after packing.  To treat the difference,

  1. We will refund to you if you have paid extra, or when certain items are not available hence being cancelled out of the order. We will refund for cancelled items due to unavailbility.
  2. If there is excess due to the weight given is slightly more than you have ordered, then we shall be in touch with you to provide the final invoice with balance due, so that you can pay the balance later via DuitNow or bank transfer. 

We do not set a specific MoQ. But the general rule of thumb is:

  1. If your order size > RM 300.00, we will waive the delivery charges
  2. Otherwise, we set a flat delivery charge of RM 20.00 for delivery within Klang Valley

We deliver to you Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm and Saturday from 8am to 12pm.  Delivery can typically be arranged within 2 days depending on the availability of vegetables / fruits. Occasionally, if there is delivery slot available within the next day, we will attempt to delivery to you on that next day itself after you have make your order & payment,

You may verify your received items against your order list by using the delivery note provided along the delivery.  For a more accurate order list, you may go to My Account > Order Details.

Tanny.io supports any initiative that reduces the environmental impact and waste.  While we may not reach zero waste due to the need to pack some fresh items separately to preserve freshness and avoid cross contamination, we will attempt to reduce single-use plastics whenever we could. All fresh produces will be handled with care and stayed chilled from point to point delivery till your kitchen table!

We currently operates in major locations in Klang Valley, Malaysia. Soon, we will expand our delivery business to other areas and other cities too.
